"They were rather loud." He agrees gently, taking the opportunity to let his eyes run over Theo, almost like he's checking for injuries even though he knows physically he's fine, coming to rest on his face and studying him, silent for a moment before turning his gaze up to the sky.
"I can understand why, given all you've done for them... but I can understand it being overwhelming, too."
